Are the prices final?
Published prices are starting estimates unless stated otherwise. Final cost depends on diagnosis, device model, part availability and previous damage.
Do you repair liquid damage?
Liquid damage can be inspected, but it is unpredictable. Do not power on a liquid-damaged device. Bring it in as soon as possible.
Do you offer controller upgrades?
Yes. Duck Labs can provide controller customization, battery upgrades, clicky kits and compatible joystick upgrades such as TMR where available.
Can I request a custom build instead?
